ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION: No. Candidate shall be admitted to Diploma in Pharmacy Pt. I unless he/she had passed any of the following examinations in all the optional subjects and compulsory subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and /or Mathematics including English as one of the Compulsory subjects): a) Intermediate examination in Science; The First Year of the three year degree course in Science; 10+2 Examination (Academic stream) in Science; b) Pre-degree examination; any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above exam. Admission of candidates to the Diploma in Pharmacy Part - I shall be made in order of merit on the basis of 'Pre-Pharmacy Test' conducted in accordance with the scheme of Examinations and syllabus laid-down by the University.
Provided that there shall be reservation of seats for Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribes Candidates in accordance with the instruction issued by the central Govt/ State Govt/Union Territory administration as the case may be from time to time.
Candidates ,who have not passed their 10+2 examination fron the HSC Board of Maharashtra,needs to produce their certificate & the Mark sheet of the examination given by them, which is equivalent to the HSC board of Maharashtra state.The required eligibility certificate will have to be obtained fron the prescribed authority.

The course of study for Diploma in Pharmacy part-I and Diploma in pharmacy part II shall include the subjects as given in the Tables I & II below. The number of hours devoted to each subject for its teaching is given against columns 2 and 3 of the Tables below.
